Late last year, nearly 80 leaders—including regulatory board staff and delegates, representatives from professional and educational organizations, credentialing bodies, and the CIDQ Board and HQ team—gathered in Denver, CO for Leadership in Action, marking Rebecca Moden’s first Annual Meeting as CIDQ’s CEO.

The energy was incredible! Our dynamic keynote speaker, Kay Sargent, Director of Thought Leadership at HOK, inspired attendees with a powerful session on designing neuroinclusive spaces. We proudly presented the 2025 Tregre Award to Felice Silverman—congratulations, Felice, on this well-deserved honor!

We were also joined by all four ICOR CEOs, who shared valuable insights on collaboration and mutual learning. A highly anticipated session on Practice Overlap delivered the latest updates from the task force, and breakout sessions sparked productive discussions across the profession. To top it off, attendees had the opportunity to meet our 2025 President, Carol Erklouts, and connect with peers dedicated to advancing interior design.
