
Nominations for CIDQ's inaugural Leadership Development Council
CIDQ is seeking passionate and dedicated individuals to step forward for leadership, specifically, five (5) Member Board representative positions. Eligible candidates must be NCIDQ Certified and have either previously served or be currently serving on a Member Board. Alternatively, one (1) position is open to a Member Board Executive.
To launch this inaugural year with a dynamic new approach, terms will be staggered: two representatives will serve one-year terms, and three will serve two-year terms.
The Nominating Committee will conduct interviews with selected applicants on August 13-14, 2025, and will curate the slate of nominees. This slate will then be presented to the CIDQ Board for review and approval.
On August 22, 2025, the official slate of 2026 LDC members and CIDQ Board of Directors will be brought before the Assembly of Delegates for a vote. With a 2/3 affirmative vote, the inaugural LDC members will be invited to join a virtual session of the CIDQ Board Meeting on Sunday, November 9, 2025. During this meeting, CIDQ and the LDC will discuss the strategic plan and set priorities for the 2027 slate of CIDQ Board members. Official service on the LDC will commence in 2026.
