Building for the Future - Recapped
This past November, more than 80 state and provincial regulatory board staff, their delegates, interior design professional and educational organization representatives, credentialing organization representatives, invited guests, CIDQ Board and HQ team connected in Louisville, KY for two days full of compelling sessions, inspirational speakers, networking and educational opportunities. We discussed CIDQ, the NCIDQ Exam, and regulatory issues related to the interior design profession.
Mark Bryan, NCIDQ, Senior Foresight Manager at the Future Today Institute provided a compelling keynote address: The Intersection of Artificial Intelligence, Interior Design, and the Regulatory Landscape.
The Louis S. Tregre Award 2023 was presented to Kim Ciesynski. Kim has been an active NCIDQ Certificate holder for 28 years and has served on countless CIDQ committees and task forces. She is a tireless grassroots volunteer, including 12 years served with the Nevada State Board of Architecture and Interior Design, as both a board member and CIDQ Delegate.
